What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email address, company name, company size, what is driving your enquiry, your timeline, optionally the tools you run, and your message. We collect nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to prepare for a first conversation. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a newsletter or an email sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.

Where it is stored

In Google Sheets and Gmail, inside the Google Workspace account belonging to Sentryx Cyber Solutions. Access is limited to the founder.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Your choices

Email varun@sentryx.in at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
